Note: If you are not an existing student or family member, you can still download our app to learn more about East West karate and sign up for our trial karate and fitness kickboxing specials. Sign up with the email you would like us to use to communicate with you. 

How to Get the App

Our student App works with Apple and Android based phones. You can download the app directly from your phone or tablet. Look for the East West Karate logo (pic to the right) to be sure you are getting the right app!

How to Get Connected Properly

Once you download and open the app it will ask you for your email address...

*It is critical that you use the email address you use to communicate with the dojo or the app will not be able to find you or your personal records (schedule, rank, attendance, etc.).


If you need to update your email (or don’t know what email is in our system) please email or message your Sensei team.

Please Read All Steps Before Opening the App:

  1. You MUST “Accept Notifications” when first prompted

  2. You MUST set your password in your email BEFORE it will work in the app.

  3. You MUST accept “Push Notifications” in order to receive updates from us.

  4. Use the ’Menu Bar” along the bottom and the “3 Lines” on the top left corner of the screen  to navigate the app and access your personal information.

  5. To return to the home screen click on “Dashboard.”If you have any questions about the app contact your Sensei Team or email [email protected].
